Charné Stoebner

Licensed Acupuncturist located in Vancouver, WA

About Charné Stoebner

Charné has been fascinated with the human brain and body her whole life. She has her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with minors in Sociology and Addiction Studies from Washington State University.

After her bachelors she felt there was a missing link with psychology between the mind and body. In search of this missing link between the mind and body she started to use acupuncture to help her personally heal. Little did Charné know that acupuncture and TCM was the missing link she was searching for.

Two years after being introduced to the medicine she decided to get her Master in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Institute of Clinical Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.

She is now a licensed acupuncturist who is a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine . She has studied in China at Chengdu University Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine. She is trained and certified with the NADA protocol and facial rejuvenation acupuncture.

Charné is passionate about acupuncture and TCM because this medicine is all natural, along with offering more benefits than risk compared to other medicines. She has experience in treating acute and chronic pain, women’s health, autoimmune disorders, post stroke, depression, anxiety, insomnia, GI tract issues, along with many other conditions.

She is excited to assist people with their healing journey and thinks this medicine is one of the best gifts to give. In Charné's spare time she enjoys traveling, rockhounding, soaking in hot springs, trying new recipes and spending time with her loved ones.

Accepted Insurance

We will check your eligibility and benefits prior to your first appointment. We will also get preauthorization for you if that is required by your plan, however each insurance plan is different and trying to determine exactly what your plan will cover can be tricky. The information provided to us by your insurance carrier is not a guarantee of payment. It is the patient’s responsibility to be informed by their health plan as to their level of coverage. * Using your medical insurance for counseling has some risks involved. In order to use your medical insurance for counseling, you must be given a mental disorder diagnosis and that diagnosis will become a part of your permanent medical record. Having a mental diagnosis on your record may carry long-term implications and may hinder you from being able to obtain life insurance, disability or health insurance in the future. Additionally, filing an insurance claim means your diagnosis, dates of service, etc., are no longer totally confidential, and your insurance company will be aware of your treatment and diagnosis.
