You Don’t Have to Look Depressed to Feel Disconnected.
Even the most capable professionals can find themselves quietly struggling—with low energy, disconnection, irritability, or a loss of motivation that used to come easily. Depression doesn’t always look like sadness. It can show up as burnout, emotional flatness, or the sense that something is “off”—even when everything looks fine on the outside.
At In Touch Counseling™ Services, I offer integrative, holistic therapy for professionals who are ready to reclaim clarity, balance, and emotional vitality. My approach blends evidence-based psychotherapy with nervous system regulation, art therapy, and personalized mind–body strategies that go beyond symptom management.
This is a space to step out of survival mode—and into meaningful healing that supports your entire life.
You don’t have to do this alone. If you’re ready to invest in lasting change, schedule your appointmenttoday. Sessions available in Camas, WA and across Washington State via telehealth.
