Can I choose which services I receive?
Absolutely. We collaborate with you to design a personalized plan that matches your preferences and goals, whether that includes art therapy, nutrition support, or more traditional sessions.
Getting Started
How do I book my first session?
Simply visit our Contact page to request an appointment. We’ll guide you through the process. Washington state.
Do you offer in-person and virtual sessions?
Yes. We offer both in-person sessions at our Camas, WA location and HIPAA-compliant telehealth therapy to clients across Washington state.
Do you work with families or just individuals?
We work with individuals, families, and parent-child pairs. Many of our clients appreciate our collaborative approach to family wellness, especially for emotional challenges related to parenting, school stress, and communication.
Insurance & Payment
Do you accept insurance?
We accept insurance for certain providers and services. However, many of our clients choose private pay to protect their privacy and maintain full control over their care.
Why do clients choose private pay?
Private pay therapy allows for greater confidentiality, flexibility, and personalization. It also avoids the need for a formal diagnosis or shared records with insurance companies.
Can I use an HSA or FSA?
Yes. Most clients can use their Health Savings or Flexible Spending Accounts to pay for services.
What to Expect
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be billed at the full session rate.
What’s a session like?
Sessions are calm, collaborative, and tailored to your needs. We may use creative tools, talk therapy, or nervous system work depending on what feels right for you.
